I was introduced to this video a while ago as an inspirational piece to engage new home buyers with the benefits of Universal Design. Billed as Housing for the Ages, this video demonstrates the range of features that should/could be considered carefully in a new home that equally benefits all ages of the users. I especially was taken by the emphasis on long-life materials and utility systems placed within reach of all users, like the electrical panel. Check it out!
