For those burner controls that are at the back of the range, use a wood stick with a V-notch taken out.  This can span the burner and keep your arm away from the source of heat.  This $4 tool also allows you to slide a stove rack in/out safely.

Mount a mirror below your medicine cabinet so that you can sit at your sink and still see to brush your teeth.

Add a light switch extender to enable folks with limited reach to turn the lights on/off independently.  An typical example of this product can be found at http://www.dynamic-living.com/product/light-switch-extender/FROOGLE/

Replace your thermostat with a backlit, larger image display model.  (example: Honeywell FocusPRO 5000 Non-prgrammable Thermostat http://yourhome.honeywell.com/home/Products/Thermostats/Digital-Non-Programmable/FocusPRO+5000.htm)

Having trouble closing that door behind you when you are using your mobility device?  Add a second door pull on the face of the door.  Photos here illustrate a second cabinet pull added to a screen door on the interior closer to the hinge, making it easier to reach than the original handle.  Other ideas include adding a towel bar so that the pull surface is anywhere along the length of the door face.
